To me, TIG is a place for us to share information and ideas, to raise our voice and get involved in the world's issues. In other words, it acts on our awareness and connect us together. Once we are together, whether we do something or not is totally up to us. In other words, TIG is a mean for inspiring people to achieve their goals, it's definitely not all that we need. I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( lire plus...)
